JACK’S PLACE for Autism Foundation will be distributing tickets to those attending the 13th Annual Autism Awareness Day at Comerica Park next week. Between Tuesday, August 1 and Thursday, August 3, individuals who have reserved tickets for the game will be able to pick them up at the Foundation’s office. During the three-day window, tickets will be available for pickup at set times.
On Tuesday, individuals may come in between noon and 6:00 p.m. and on Wednesday and Thursday, between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The Foundation’s address is 17360 Twelve Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48076. Individuals claiming their ticket(s) must have a valid driver’s license or other form of State identification. Currently all tickets have been claimed, but the Foundation will place names on a wait list, in case tickets become available.
Autism Awareness Day at Comerica Park is an annual event held by the Foundation, in conjunction with the Detroit Tigers. This year’s game, between the Tigers and Minnesota Twins, takes place Sunday, August 13 with the first pitch expected to be at 1:10 p.m.
